COMMITTED TO KIDS THROUGH FAMILY GIVING
For the 2021-2022 school year, Kentfield Invests in Kids (KIK) aims to raise $1 million for the students of Bacich and Kent schools. With these funds, KIK helps to support educational opportunities and offers programs that benefit 100% of students at Bacich Elementary and Kent Middle School.
KIK dollars help give KSD the flexibility to allocate funds to various programs between Bacich and Kent. The following programs offer students the chance to become hands-on, learn through play or movement, and discover new or dive deeper into familiar passions. All programs provide our Bacich and Kent students with a content-rich experience and prepare them for next-level learning:

Fund-a-Need Grants for this school year, separate from the KIK Annual Commitment, help support school community initiatives such as digital platforms, library enhancements, and unique tools to supplement student learning. KIK is the funding arm of the 2021-22 Fund-a-Need program and has partnered with the Kentfield Schools PTA (KSPTA) to administer the grant award process to realize special projects and make supplies available to our school community. KIK appreciates the Fund-a-Need Donors who generously gave last spring for this school year’s grants.
43 YEARS, $30M + COUNTING
For over forty years, KIK has raised over $30 million for our students and schools. Through our collective KIK-giving, we can continue to support our schools in a myriad of ways. This year we are excited to continue our support of enrichment programs and learning experiences for every student in our district.
